About Stephen J. Izzi
TL Services is founded in PA by Stephen J. Izzi on the simple concept of offering a different way of collecting. One that would provide smaller banks a boutique-style service for their individual needs. In 2013, after over 2 decades in the in the real estate industry with a title insurance niche, Mr. Stephen J. Izzi decided to assemble a team in PA with the skills and expertise to handle every aspect of a special asset resolution — whether for just one loan or one hundred.
As the Managing Member of TL Services, LLC, Mr. Stephen Izzi’s experience is unparalleled, spanning over 30 years within the real estate, title insurance, financial and business development fields in PA. Stephen Izzi leads a team of tough negotiators and strategic thinkers dedicated to not only working every angle to find the best resolution for any non-performing asset, but also preserving the unique relationships tied to each one.
Combining a vast knowledge in buying, selling and managing real estate with an expert comprehension of lending industry regulations, TL Services & Stephen Izzi has sold over $400,000,000 in special assets on behalf of various banks in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in just the last few years.
Our Company History
As an opportune complement to these services, our Square Foot Real Estate Management, LLC (“SQRM”) and Square Foot Commercial Management, LLC (“SQCM”) companies manage a portfolio of over 250 special assets from current bank clients, while overseeing the management of over 1,000 residential units across the region.
Also under our extensive umbrella of long-serving companies are our title agencies — Northeast Executive Abstract Agency, Inc. and New Jersey Executive Abstract, LP — which provide multi-millions of dollars in title insurance policies each year, while SJI Jackson Real Estate specializes in the buying and selling both commercial and residential properties. Comprising a full team of seasoned agents who are experienced in transactions of any size or scale, we’ve handled the sale and site development of over 500 franchises, including Rita’s Italian Ice, Lukoil and Mobile Gas Stations.
As head of an investment group that has collectively acquired tens of millions of dollars in investment real estate under his development and leadership, Mr. Izzi’s personal network of high net worth individuals has only propelled our team as an unrivaled partner in our industry.
